Sketching the Design
We work with guests to sketch and finalize their chosen design — initials, a message, or a motif — before touching the piece.
Engraving
Our artist etches the design directly onto the surface with precision equipment, all live and in view of your guests.
Fill with Gold or Silver Waxoptional
An optional finishing touch — the engraved lines are filled with gold or silver wax for a luxurious, elevated look.
Complete!
The piece is cleaned, inspected, and handed back — a personalized keepsake to treasure long after the event ends.

We typically need a 6×4 ft table area with access to a standard power outlet. We can work with tighter spaces — just let us know your venue layout during the inquiry process.
Each piece takes approximately 5–10 minutes depending on the complexity of the design. For events, we recommend budgeting 1 artist per 50 guests per hour.
Yes — we arrive fully equipped with our engraving tools, lighting, display materials, and any supplies needed. All you need to provide is the space.
Absolutely. Guests can choose from a curated menu of fonts and motifs, or provide a short custom message. We'll work with you in advance to set the options.
We work on glass, bottles, champagne flutes, perfume bottles, and other smooth surfaces. We're happy to discuss specific items during your consultation.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for events, and 8–12 weeks for peak seasons. Reach out early — our calendar fills quickly.
